be as descriptive as possible when posting. You are also expected to search
the forum before posting, since most questions have probably been answered
before.
If you come up with a solution yourself, you are encouraged to post your
solution so everyone can benefit from your knowledge. Also, try to help others
as much as possible; the developers have not much spare time for technical
support.
If you have a suggestion for a new feature, or want to report a bug in
ShakesPeer, please do so by filing an issue at the project page instead of
posting it in this forum. The developers are much more attentive to the issue
tracker than the forum.
Have patience and don't expect an exhaustive answer immediately.
